The New-Delhi based real estate developer, Era Landmarks, has launched a mixed use development project at Bangalore. The Rs 1,000 crore project “The Arena”, located on the NICE corridor near Kengeri, has over 3,000 apartments and spaces for retail, office & hospitality. In the first phase, 626 units would be developed. The company has already appointed an international architect DBI of Australia for this project. The project will be funded mainly through customer advances and internal accruals. The company is keen on launching more projects in other Southern cities such as Hyderabad and Chennai.
